He bravely stood before injustice and dared to “Keep hope alive.” A trailblazer in the Civil Rights movement and politics, Rev. Jesse Jackson championed the rights of Black, poor and working-class people with his Rainbow PUSH Coalition.  

 

Jackson was prominent for more than 50 years and ran strongly for presidential nomination in 1988.  His unwavering belief in justice, equality, and love - uplifted millions.
