When will I get my drops?

Within 24 hours of purchase.  If you have a special situation we will do our best to cater to it.

How are purchases made?

Paypal.  The fastest and safest platform to make transactions online.

I don't have a Pay Pal account.  Can I still purchase?

Absolutely.  Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards.  

 

If you don't have one of those you can get a pre-paid card from most grocery stores, drug stores, gas stations, and super stores like WalMart.  Here's a helpful video: How to use a prepaid card on PayPal.

What are the bit rate and specs of the drops?

Each drop is produced in highest quality mp3 format.  320kbps/44.1 stereo.

Why don't  I see any email of my drops?

Sometimes the email gets sent to the spam folder.  Please check there and add us to your safe sender's list.

Where have I heard that voice before?

Dave Parker is the signature voice of several stations nationwide, thousands of commercials, and a few movie trailers.  For booking visit here.

Why is my phone not letting me open up the drops?

It's a standard zip file we recommend opening on your computer.  Some phones may or may not be able to open zip files.  You can try third party zip opening apps if you're having problems opening the zip on your phone.

Why is the coupon code not working?

Make sure to enter the code in all caps.

Why am I getting an alert saying the file is corrupt or unsafe?

The file is completely safe.  Some protection software gives that alert because it's unfamiliar with the sender.
