It's a standard zip file we recommend opening on your computer.  Some phones may or may not be able to open zip files.

 

You can try third party zip opening apps if you're having problems opening the zip on your phone.

The file is completely safe.  Some protection software may give an alert stating it's corrupt or unsafe because it's unfamiliar with the file sharing service sendspace.
